Rudy Guiliani for New Orleans bailout czar?
Maybe he can hire Bernie Kerik to help.
I see there’s a movement to declare Rudy Guiliani Despot of New Orleans, mostly but not entirely from people who hope he can keep the White House in the hands of the GOP in 2008.
I have two words of comment: Bernie Kerik.
