I have uploaded the opinion in the case of Common Cause v. Rucho, the case in which a three judge federal panel held that the gerrymandered Congressional districts in North Carolina were unconstitutional.

  1. Couldn't follow the link posted above. However, this NYU website has a very thorough review of the entire progress of the case:

    Something that's disappointing to me, yet quite impressive in terms of "lawyering skills," is the way the NC legislature managed to delay for two years.

    1. At some point delays are almost as good as outright victories. Especially when combined with scorched-earth strategies that leave the eventual winners impoverished and with an enormous mess to clean up.
