One disadvantage of having to short the housing market by selling your physical house rather than being able to hedge through financial instruments is that you then have to MOVE.
Moving day was Wednesday, and I’m not yet fully recovered. That is offered as a mitigation to the charge of wrongfully neglecting to maintain a blog.
