Krauthammer fears what I hope for: a transformative Presidency.
Krauthammer is probably wrong when he says that Barack Obama won’t run a very active foreign policy. But I think he’s got the rest of it just right: Obama is staffing up for a transformative Presidency. No more small-ball.
