A part of the U.S. Attorney scandal people can understand

The Bush Administration defrauded soldiers of their right to vote by sending registered mail to voters in minority precincts and then challenging the votes of anyone whose mail was returned undelivered: for example, men and women serving in the army in Iraq.
Now that's what I call voter fraud.
