Partisan differences

Here's the roll call on the intelligence authorization bill, incorporating the anti-torture provision:
227 Democrats aye, zero nay.
Zero Republicans aye, 191 nay.
Torture may not be a winning issue for the Democrats, but don't tell me it's not a clear issue between the parties. "A plague on both your houses" sounds sophisticated, but in this case it's just stupid.
