What we're buying time for

Different factions within the Iraqi Interior Ministry, representing various political, religious, and ethnic groups, need the time our soldiers' blood is buying for them to kill one another and torture civilians in secret prisons. Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki is deeply complicit.
