Howard Friedman of Religion Clause notes that the government and the church disagree about what they disagree about in the upcoming Supreme Court ayahuasca case. He also notes some byplay among amici about whether the Court should, or needs to, decide the constitutionality of RFRA under the Establishment Clause.
