Looks as if the firefighters and the families are fixin' to put a hurtin' on ol' Rudy. And they've got the goods: no need to make anything up.
Sure, other cities had (still have) incompatible radio systems among public-safety agencies. So? Why didn't Giuliani do better? And the decision to site the command bunker in the middle of the prime target is going to take some fancy explaining.
Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
