Lukashenko evidently goes along with Lord Copper's line - "The Beast stands for strong mutually antagonistic governments everywhere".

Update: Belaruskija Naviny also endorses Obama for the Democratic nomination, on Clinton-hating grounds.

Update 2: Yes, it's a spoof, but a very good one. Unlike the Kazakh targets of Borat, the Lukashenko régime is contemptible and fully deserves the satire.
