Have you noticed that Brent Scowcroft and Col. Wilkerson, having unleashed devastating critiques of the Bush Machine, aren't getting the Richard Clarke/Joe Wilson slime-and-defend treatment? I have looked in all the usual places for attacks on their character, denigration of their competence, or innuendos about their sexual orientation, and looked in vain.
