 Obama-MaCain TIED in NC?

The latest Rasmussen Reports North Carolina poll has Barack Obama tied with John McCain, 47-47. (Clinton is on the short end of a 51-40 split.) Of course this might be an outlier, though the Clinton number suggests it's not a matter of a Democratic-tilted sample. But if an Obama nomination really puts North Carolina in play, we could be about to see a massive repainting of a the electoral map.
