The hook?

Clearly it's in the interest of the Democratic Party to help Hillary Rodham Clinton off the stage before she does any more damage to our chances in November. Just now I was sitting with a group of fellow political junkies thinking about whether and how the party leadership might pull it off.
Well, for example, how about re-running Michigan as a caucus? Between the Detroit/Ann Arbor axis and Obama's organizational advantage, he should be able to take that contest comfortably. And that's what the Michigan party leaders seem to have in mind.
