Keeping an eye on the main chance

A correspondent worries about the level of Clinton-v.-Obama vitriol in Left Blogistan:
As Hillel didn't quite say, If we are only against Hillary or Obama, who's against McCain?And if not now, when?
Fair enough. I actually thought twice about breaching my own cease-fire, but I thought the Clinton campaign's apparent decision to join forces with the VRWC required some sort of comment. However, from now on I don't expect to mention HRC again until she drops out.
I encourage those on both sides of the Clinton/Obama divide, if they don't want to join in the cease-fire, to at least make it a rule to put up one nasty post about McCain for every nasty post about the other Democratic candidate.
