Convert zeal?

Taylor Marsh, who was a Reagan Democrat but is now a progressive, thinks that Barack Obama, who was and is a liberal, Democratic Democrat, might be too soft on the memory of Ronald Reagan, so she'd rather let a cranky reactionary imperialist like John McCain become President than vote for Obama.
No, seriously. You've got to read the whole thing to believe it.
