Is there a reporter in the house?

I'd like to see some intrepid reporter insist on getting an answer from Rudy Giuliani on the question whether the Constitution does or does not guarantee citizens the protections of habeas corpus. It's a no-win question for him; either he annoys the Bushoids and the wingnuts who dominate Republican primaries, or he paints himself as an extremist and makes it hard for him to get moderate votes.
