  1. It’s going to be interesting to see what happens to all these laws requiring marijuana to be grown in-state. At some point, when most states or the federal government have decriminalized marijuana, these will come into conflict with the interstate commerce regulations and they’ll have to allow out of state weed to be imported. A lot of weed growers will then be put out of business by competition. In the meantime, these growers will be the main opponents of federal decriminalization.
