My recent research has focused on pollution dynamics in China’s cities.  This Times article provides a nice case study about what interests me.   Political protest reveals an urban demand for green cities and this will motivate an autocrat to supply such public goods.     For those of you who like to read academic economics papers about China’s urban quality of life, take a look at;  this, this   , this ,  and this.    After the election, I plan to start to blog about these topics.
