McCain town hall supporter calls Obama and Pelosi “socialists” and “hooligans.” Crowd chants “USA! USA!”
McCain replies, “Could I — could I just say the gentleman is right. The Democrats have been in the majority for the last two years. Have you seen any improvement? The point is — but Americans are angry, sir. They’re angry and frustrated. And that’s why we’ve got to act, and we’ve got to act together because all of us are Americans first … we have to come together as one nation, indivisible.”
Right. Since all of us are Americans first, we should indivisibly call our political opponents socialists and hooligans. I’ll remember that.
