The State Department issued a “spot report,” on the letterhead of the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, U.S. Embassy Baghdad, telling the Blackwater version of the latest shoot-’em-up in Baghdad. The report says it was drafted by “Darren Hanner, RSO [Regional Security Office] TOC [Tactical Operations Center] Watch Officer, Baghdad.”
Darren Hanner is a Blackwater contract employee.
