No Disclosure: Presidential Candidates Defy Tradition, Refuse to Release Taxes
Just one little thing: as only the tiny minority of readers who bother to go to page 2 of the story will discover, one of the candidates pictured has already released his returns.
Yet as the 2008 election draws near, the only top-tier candidate who has committed to releasing his 1040 forms is Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., who already made public the return he filed this year.
It seems to me that the sentence above belonged somewhere above the 12th graf, and that Obama’s face didn’t belong in the photo.
