		<description>When speaking of the Senate, I think Webb certainly has a more conservative mentality than, lets say, Kennedy or even Clinton.  Tester out of Montana is a Pro-life Democrat.  So abortion issues(stem cell), gun issues; any issues that contrast Democrats from Republicans may be slightly skewed towards advantage to the Rebublican block in the Senate.

I tend to think this congress will be more conservative when it comes to hot topic issues.  I am unsure if the Democrats really won.  Seem to be some Republicans in Democratic sheeps clothing.
