It’s scary that Bush Derangement Syndrome, long thought confined to Democrats, has spread to Israeli security officials. After all, opposition to the War in Iraq is always a product of BDS, right? But here’s what Yuval Diskin of the Shin Bet thinks:

“When you dismantle a system in which there is a despot who controls his people by force, you have chaos,” he said.

“I’m not sure we won’t miss Saddam.”
