If I tried to define a libertarian as “someone who thinks you can deal with global warming by cranking up the AC,” most libertarians would be insulted. Not Professor Bainbridge, though.
Update: The professor apparently meant his prescription ironically. But if cranking up the AC isn’t a good response to global warming, then why dismiss those who want to do something more active about it as “worrywarts”?
