YES on 55 (school construction bond) and 56 (cutting back on the supermajority rule so 35% of either house of the legislature can’t bring the state government to a grinding halt).

NO on 57 (extending the line of credit on the state’s credit cards so the the Gropenfurer can continue to pursue credit-card conservatism) and 58 (an additional balanced-budget provision to go with the existing balanced-budget provision the Gubernator wants the $15 billion from 57 to help violate).
