Kevin Drum has a well-crafted summary of the current state of the Bush National Guard matter, including a list of things we still don’t have (his final OER, the report of the Flight Inquiry Board). [And scroll up one for a new question about where those extra 15 points came from.]
I’d add two items to that list: the separation codes on his DD-214, and a definitive interpretation of the order to him from the Major General in charge of the National Guard to “comply with para 2-10 of AFM 35-13.”
